Omg I remembered this site is a thing! I don't have much to say right now except....Diablo 3 cosplays are coming. Pictures after Katsucon. I'm also planning a new and improved Tony Stark shoot with Cozpho and Axton is getting a special new outfit and a shoot next weekend.

Kinagase is done and my first pic is posted. Uzu is next, and will be completed by early June.

My newest cosplay love is League of Legends. I'm working on putting a group together for Pax East next year, with myself as Leona or Shyvana. More on that later.

Let me start by saying, yes, I completed Axton and I'm pretty damn happy with the result. There are a few things I'd like to do for it in the future, especially since I lived making guns for this. But yes, I was able to debut him at Katsucon on saturday as planned and I was ecstatic. 

Next project, and my current obsession, Kill la Kill. If you guys notice from my cosplays, I don't watch a lot of anime; most of it doesn't really appeal to me, and even if it does I don't NEED to cosplay from it. I'm enjoying KLK more than I've enjoyed any other show for a long time. It's ranking with Hellsing, Hitamn Reborn and Death Note at the moment.

So not only did I adjust my schedule to cosplay from this, but I jammed two different KLK cosplays in: Uzu Sanageyama (surprise, another swordsman i love) and a gender bent version of Tsumugu Kinagase (because my crossplay skills do not include sprouting huge muscles lol). Kinagase is first and I'm hoping to wear it to Castle Point Anime Convention where I will be taking photos as well. I've got the wig mostly assembled and the sleeveless top half done. There is a fire under my butt big time now. Axton progress is moving much faster than it had been, and I'm so glad for that. I have very little left to do on the jacket and the props have started coming together, which means the backpack and the turret are all I have left for BIG projects. I'm still scared to work on some of the sewing, but my builds have me pretty happy so far. Check out my FB page for a bit of updating over the next few days.

....I have been slacking big time. Axton is not getting worked on nearly as fast as he should be. I still have plenty of time to get this done, but it's gonna get stressful. Katsucon is in about 2 months and I only have the base of the jacket done....The good news is, I've purchased almost everything I need for his cosplay, so expenses are no longer an issue. 

The real issue is my mood: I've been pretty depressed lately. Now this isn't new for me, I've been suffering from bipolar disorder since I was a teenager. And rest assured I'm far from suicidal, but I get very down and emotionally flat, which makes it hard to be motivated. Once StormWildcat gets working on Maya, though, I should get a boost of motivation.

In more interesting news, I've been watching a lot more anime. I'm following Kill la Kill religiously now, and I've added Uzu Sanageyama to my cosplay lineup for the year. I'm also watching Dangan Ronpa (and plan on playing the game eventually) and I just got a whole list of anime's to watch from friends of mine. I love Mondo and Yasuhiro, and one of them is getting cosplayed...

I also picked up Fire Emblem: Awakening, FE: Path of Radiance and FE: Radiant Dawn. Dera and I are playing the first 2 currently, and my love for Ike has been rekindled (I may cosplay him eventually). I'm also in love with Lon'qu from FE:A, and he'll most likely be on my list for 2015 with a (hopefully) large group which already includes Nowi, Anna and Gaius. I'm excited to be part of this because I love that sexy, fluffy-headed crit machine....also I just love this game.

Okay I think that's everything for now....oh, and look for my huge Justice League group at NYCC 2014....hell yeah Wonder Woman. I'm finally doing it. Wig came in a few days ago and its gorgeous....kay now I'm done. Love you guys
